For domestic orders, our return policy allows you to send back items within 30 days of the date you receive your items, for a refund of the purchase price, minus the original shipping and handling fee. Contact customer service, within 7 days of the receipt of your order, and an RMA number will be assigned to you and a pre-paid shipping label emailed to you.
Of course if an item is being returned as it is defective or because we have made an error in your order, you will not be charged for any ship fees associated with the error correction.
We are not responsible for costs associated with errors due to an inaccurate shipping address provided in the order.
For international orders, the 30 day rule applies, however, we are unable to create RMA labels for returns and exchanges – you would need to arrange and pay for returns for a refund of the item value paid, and place a new order if an exchange is desired.
Of course if an item is being returned as it is defective or because we have made an error in your order, we do not want you to be charged for any ship fees associated with the error correction, so it is important for you to contact us so that we can arrange proper reimbursement.
For all returns and exchange needs, you must contact Customer Service WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt of your order so that we may assist you properly.
For an exchange, please follow the above returns procedure, and place a new and separate order for the item/s you wish instead. We will process your new order right away and will refund you for your returned item/s as soon as received.
